This website is to prove illegal activities conducted by AMZ’s rigged advertising search results, committing RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) AMZ committing Wire fraud / fraud, by overly charged my company for fraudulent 1st page results, but to be placed on the 7th page where product visibility is unseen. If I clicked on my own listing I would be charged. These bad AMZ actors are AMZ India technicians, manually rigging the platform to protect AMZ Pay Per Click racket by having control and suppression, on the AMZ site all of the 3rd party sellers have the same product and to have them all compete with the same product through its PPC advertising. AMZ control, increases profits from predatory PPC advertising tactics. AMZ acts to suppress innovation and harms the consumer.

AMZ suppress innovation to hurt the consumer, by not having a better products to unclog heavy calcified drains. The Elbow Pass drain snake is the only auger with an inner core on AMZ website. Only drain snake with 160 degree L tip on AMZ. As of 2/13/2026 we are selling off the inventory on the AMZ selling platform and exiting the platform due to AMZ predatory PPC advertising fraud practices and listing suppression.

How Amazon Controls Its Marketplace

In 2023 JP Morizono discovered that all the drain snakes or drain auger listed on AMZ were all the same product. It was designed and copied by an expired patent made by Fred J. Meyer. The drain snake design made by Fred J Meyer worked in smooth piping. But not all pipes are smooth and perfect. So I designed a drain snake that would work for calcified rocky piping. Listed it on AMZ and AMZ suppressed my listing so that it could not be found. My product was different from the products on AMZ. The consumer would benefit from operating an Elbow Pass drain snake in calcified rocky piping. AMZ committed harm to the consumer and seller, from suppressing an innovative product.

AMZ suppress innovation to hurt the consumer and seller, by not having a new innovative product. The Elbow Pass Drain snake is the only drain snake with an inner core and a non auger tip, with a 160 degree bent head to unclog old drain pipes and universal drains. I bid at 1.67 for the keyword drain snake placed on page 6 where it is unseen, then placed to page 7. Increased the bid to 1.70 then move to page 4. Then suppressed back to page 7. AMZ wants all sellers to have the same product to all compete for visibility by pay per click advertising thus bidding up advertising prices and AMZ’s profit margin. My drain snake is unique and different from other products on the AMZ site.

AMZ controls pricing. If a seller increases or lower prices on AMZ or lowers prices on other platforms AMZ will suppresses the listing and buy box. AMZ price control racket.

AMZ charges 3rd party sellers 50-75% fulfillment and 50-75% rigged (ppc) pay per click fee’s. I suspect AMZ India clicking on my listing and the 3rd party seller gets illegally charged. If a competitor clicks on a PPC listing the 3rd party seller gets charged or If I clicked on my non ad listed product, I would be charged. With all these fee’s to list a product, product listing page should be free and clear from confusion. The more of confusion on the listing, the more the 3rd party sellers have to pay for rigged advertise results and market a listing.

No matter how much I bid, AMZ will first place me on page 4 then later suppress the listing to the 7th page where it cannot be found. I bid 1.70 on the keyword: drain snake , placed on page 4 then and hour later placed on page 6, so the listing cannot be found.

I bid up down 1.75 on the keyword: drain clog remover. AMZ automatically bids up and down in your behalf for 1st page results. 9:50 “Please remember that , since Sponsored Products campaigns are a highly competitive, auction base-program.” My ads are suppressed and cannot be found. AMZ hides and suppresses the listing featuring an innovative product that would benefit the consumer. AMZ seller support makes no guarantee on my listing visibility, because it is suppressed so it does not disrupt AMZ advertising racket in which all sellers have the same product. Except for my product which is innovative from the rest.

I bid up down 1.75 AMZ automatically bids ups and down on your behalf for 1st page results. Ad is suppressed and cannot be found. AMZ also use other competing listing to suppress and fight each other by placing a competing product next to each other, to fight each other for organic page results. The winner advances to higher visible page results, The loser must advertise more, then gets suppressed to the back pages.

No guarantee seeing your ads because it is rigged and suppressed by AMZ India technical support and AMZ want every 3rd party seller to have the same product and the only way to compete and retain visibility is through PPC advertising.
